Master your Inner world – Abhibhava Kausagga
- Categories Kausagga
- Date January 19, 2024
‘Pain or suffering is merely your belief and perception; so also is your experience of joy or happiness….Transcend both!’
Every living being is pursuing happiness and a feeling of independence. It is obvious that no-one likes suffering. And yet, suffering is more real than happiness. Everyone seems to be struggling to live and survive. Everyone is trying to find their purpose in the outside world. ‘ What is inside, cannot be found outside’ is the ultimate truth from Enlightened masters.
This spiritual concept is the beginning of your journey of discovery. As we dive within, we discover the Mind frontier. Along with it, we encounter our desires and aversions, our aspirations, our judgements with its belief system. And above all we discover our intellect analysing things full time.
Abhibhava Kausagga is the process which makes us aware of our intellect and our belief system. Every experience is filtered through this knowledge screen and we react to them in accordance to our conditioning. All reactions manifest as emotions which serve as a guiding system to validate our judgement of the experience.
In an embodied form, our intellect is limited and conditioned by past experiences and beliefs. Thus ensues the struggle between knowledge from our conditioned intellect and the pure knowledge itself. The intellect has to be unconditioned and the Mind has to evolve to achieve the transcendence. Abhibhava Kausagga is the divine effort that evolves our virtues of knowing and understanding, and thereby purifies our knowledge and understanding.
